GEDA 特別經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)輸變電項目復合絕緣子采購項目需要，我司擬采用詢比價采購方式進行下列貨物的批量采購，請按以下要求于 2024 年 05 月 16 日 15 時

二、付款方式：
1、預付款：合同簽訂后，賣方提供合同總價的 10%預付款保函及 10%履約保函后，買方在 15 個工作日內(nèi)賣方支付合同總價的 10%預付款。
2、交貨付款：貨物經(jīng)買方出廠初步驗收合格后，賣方將貨物送到買方指定交貨地點，貨物報關發(fā)運后，買方以
3、質(zhì)保金：合同金額的 10％作為質(zhì)保金，在質(zhì)保期滿后經(jīng)使用方確認后支付合同總價 10%的貨款。
三、報價要求：
1、含到天津港或上海港的車板交貨價、含 13%全額增值稅專用發(fā)票、包裝費、國內(nèi)運輸費、保險費、商檢費等。
2、設備質(zhì)保期：質(zhì)保期自貨物到達國內(nèi)指定港口交貨后 18 個月。

4、上傳報價時請?zhí)峁?PDF 版和可編輯版。
5、報價時提供詳細技術參數(shù)。
6、本批次采購交貨地點分為天津港或上海港。

六、包裝要求：
6.1 貨物的包裝要符合國際海（陸）運輸要求和我方貨運代理的具體要求；若因包裝原因造成的損失均由供方負責。
6.2 外包裝箱上嚴格按合同上的嘜頭標記填寫合同號、發(fā)貨單位、外形尺寸等信息。
七、投標人資格要求
投標人必須滿足以下全部資格要求：
1、投標人必須是生產(chǎn)制造廠家，是在中國境內(nèi)/外注冊的企業(yè)法人，具有有效期內(nèi)的 ISO9001 質(zhì)量管理體系認證證書以及環(huán)境、職業(yè)健康認證證書，提供五年內(nèi)兩項類似產(chǎn)品不少于 5 萬的合同證明材料。
2、投標人是增值稅一般納稅人，能開具增值稅專用發(fā)票。
3、投標人財務狀況良好，近三年沒有處于被責令停業(yè)，財產(chǎn)被接管、凍結、破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)。
