上海市機(jī)械設(shè)備成套（集團(tuán)） （以下簡(jiǎn)稱：招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)）受上海交通大學(xué)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱：招標(biāo)人）委托，對(duì)下述貨物進(jìn)行國(guó)際公開(kāi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性招標(biāo)，我們竭誠(chéng)歡迎合格投標(biāo)人參加投標(biāo)。

    Shanghai Machinery Complete Equipment(Group)Co.,LTD (hereinafter called ”the Tendering Agent”), authorized and on behalf of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (hereinafter called ”the Tenderee“), We cordially welcome eligible bidders for the supply of following goods by way of International Competitive Bidding.

 

1、招標(biāo)條件 / Bidding Conditions

項(xiàng)目概況/Project Overview：上海交通大學(xué)擬采購(gòu)低溫強(qiáng)磁場(chǎng)制冷機(jī)。Shanghai Jiao Tong University plans to purchase Low Temperature High Magnetic Field Refrigerator.

現(xiàn)招標(biāo)人資金來(lái)源已落實(shí)，具備了招標(biāo)條件。/Now Funds have been put in place, the Project is with the bidding conditions.

 

2、招標(biāo)內(nèi)容/ Bidding Contents

   招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目名稱：低溫強(qiáng)磁場(chǎng)制冷機(jī) 。

   / Project Name：Low Temperature High Magnetic Field Refrigerator.

1）預(yù)算金額：300萬(wàn)元人民幣。預(yù)算包含設(shè)備交付使用前的一切相關(guān)費(fèi)用，投標(biāo)單位的投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)須充分考慮包括設(shè)備本身費(fèi)用以及相伴隨的外貿(mào)進(jìn)口等費(fèi)用,同時(shí)須充分考慮匯率波動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等可能導(dǎo)致超預(yù)算的因素）。

Project budget contains all the costs associated with the equipment before delivery, the tenderer's tender offer shall give full consideration to include the device itself cost and accompanied by the foreign trade import cost, at the same time, must fully consider the risk of currency fluctuations and other factors may lead to over budget.

3、投標(biāo)人資格要求 /Qualification Requirements For Bidder：

1)投標(biāo)人在中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)外注冊(cè)且具有獨(dú)立的法人資格，能提供上述產(chǎn)品及相應(yīng)服務(wù)的代理商或生產(chǎn)廠家；1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers;

2)必須提供所投產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商針對(duì)本次招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目出具的獨(dú)家授權(quán)書(shū)；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender;

3)具有招標(biāo)文件中所需設(shè)備的供貨和售后服務(wù)的能力；

3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service;

4）參加本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)前3年內(nèi)，投標(biāo)人在經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中沒(méi)有違法記錄，無(wú)利用不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)手段騙取中標(biāo)，無(wú)行賄犯罪記錄；

4）To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record;

  

4、本次招標(biāo)不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。/ Joint Bids is Not Available.

未在中國(guó)電力招標(biāo)采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（）上注冊(cè)會(huì)員的單位應(yīng)先點(diǎn)擊注冊(cè)。登錄成功后的在招標(biāo)會(huì)員區(qū)根據(jù)招標(biāo)公告的相應(yīng)說(shuō)明獲取招標(biāo)文件！
