境內(nèi)貨物：臍帶纜及其附件須在中標(biāo)通知書(shū)簽發(fā)后13個(gè)月內(nèi)交貨到深圳或惠州指定地點(diǎn)；散件須在中標(biāo)通知書(shū)簽發(fā)后7個(gè)月內(nèi)交貨到中國(guó)境內(nèi)指定建造場(chǎng)地。 境外貨物：臍帶纜及其附件須在中標(biāo)通知書(shū)簽發(fā)后13個(gè)月內(nèi)DAP至深圳或惠州指定地點(diǎn)；散件須在中標(biāo)通知書(shū)簽發(fā)后7個(gè)月內(nèi)DAP至中國(guó)境內(nèi)指定建造場(chǎng)地。

Failure to obtain bidding documents through legal channels：Participation in bidding is not allowed.（2）資質(zhì)要求及證明文件：無(wú)Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate：None（3）★業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2014年6月1日起至投標(biāo)截止日止（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具有至少1條適用水深大于等于90m的復(fù)合臍帶纜到貨業(yè)績(jī)，以及至少1條長(zhǎng)度大于等于8km、電壓等級(jí)大于等于35kv、超級(jí)雙相鋼管線尺寸大于等于3/4”的臍帶纜到貨業(yè)績(jī)。（或1條臍帶纜同時(shí)滿足上述水深、長(zhǎng)度、電壓、材質(zhì)和管線尺寸要求的業(yè)績(jī)即可）。投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件和2）到貨接收證明文件。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、貨物名稱、項(xiàng)目名稱、水深、長(zhǎng)度、電壓等級(jí)、液管線尺寸、液管線材質(zhì)和到貨接收證明。未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法體現(xiàn)滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。From 1st June, 2014 to the deadline for submission of bids (subject to the time of signing the contract), the bidder shall,have at least 1 Track records of Power and Hydraulic Combined Umbilical application water depth≥90m，and at least 1 Track records of Power and Hydraulic Combined Umbilical including length≥8km, voltage grade≥35kV power cable,super duplex stainless steel tube size≥3/4 inch.（One Track record met above requirements of water depth, length, voltage grade，tubing material and tube size are acceptable.） The Bidder shall submit reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods . The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing Contract, Name of Goods, Name of Project, water depth, length, vlotage grade, tubing size，tubing material and Receiving certificate of arrival of goods.If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above reference requirement, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.（4）其他要求Other requirementsA.★產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求：提供以往項(xiàng)目的臍帶纜船級(jí)社產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證證書(shū)，該證書(shū)需要滿足ISO13628-5或API17E標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，同時(shí)投標(biāo)人須承諾：本項(xiàng)目臍帶纜產(chǎn)品必須按照ISO13628-5或API17E標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行制造、測(cè)試及交付。A.★Production standard requirements：Provide umbilical cable classification society Product certification certificate for previous projects，which needs to meet the ISO13628-5 or API17E standards，？and the bidder must promise: the product of this project must be manufactured, tested and delivered in accordance with ISO 13628-5 or API 17E.
