3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*If the goods provided by the bidder according to the contract are not manufactured by the bidder itself, the bidder shall provide a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer or authorized agent of the manufacturer for this project (see the format in the "International Competitive Bidding Documents for Procurement of Mechanical and Electrical Products" (Volume 1));
*2) Bidders must provide the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by their bank within three months before the bid opening date (if the credit certificate clearly states that the copy is invalid, the original credit certificate must be provided, and the bidding agency reserves the right to review the original);
*3) Other qualification certification documents:
① Copy of the bidder's business license or enterprise registration certificate;
