2）本次招標(biāo)所涉及到的產(chǎn)品若非自主研發(fā)生產(chǎn)，投標(biāo)人須提供制造商針對本項目的授權(quán)書
Products relating to the tendering without independent research and development production, the bidder shall provide manufacturer for the project authorization
3）參加本次招標(biāo)活動前3年內(nèi)，投標(biāo)人在經(jīng)營活動中沒有違法記錄，無利用不正當(dāng)競爭手段騙取中標(biāo)，無行賄犯罪記錄；
