Provide legal services for the Chinese government to deal with foreign trade remedy original trial cases, retrial cases and related administrative reconsideration and judicial review cases.

 (2)采購標(biāo)的需執(zhí)行的國家相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或者其他標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范；
     (2) Relevant national standards, industry standards, local standards or other standards and specifications to be implemented for the procurement object;

二、申請人的資格要求：

1.滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

3.本項目的特定資格要求：Specific qualification requirements of this project:（1）第1包投標(biāo)人不得為“信用中國”網(wǎng)站 中列入失信被執(zhí)行人和重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單的投標(biāo)人，不得為中國 政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單中被財政部門禁止參加政府采購活動的投標(biāo)人（處罰決定規(guī)定的時間和地域范圍內(nèi)）。信用信息截止時點為開標(biāo)當(dāng)日；(1) The bidder in the Package 1 shall not be the bidder listed on the website of Credit China ( ) as the executor of dishonesty and the Litigant List of Major Tax Violation Cases, and shall not be the bidder who is in the record list of serious illegal dishonesty of government procurement of China Government Procurement Network ( ) and is banned from participating in government procurement activities by the financial department (within the time and geographical scope specified in the penalty decision). The deadline of credit information is the day of bid opening;（2）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)獲取本項目招標(biāo)文件。(2) The bidder shall obtain the bid documents of this project.
