3、投標(biāo)人資格要求投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績(jī):（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照； 如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license; The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate. B．（接受代理） 如果投標(biāo)人為代理商，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)得到所投貨物制造商同意其為本次投標(biāo)提供該貨物的合法正式授權(quán)書(shū)。If the bidder is an agent, bidder shall obtain the legal and formal authorization from the manufacturer of the goods to provide the goods for this bidding. C. 是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)：否Joint Venture: Not Accepted D.未領(lǐng)購(gòu)招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available（2）資質(zhì)要求及證明文件Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate（ABS/DNV/BV/CCS）檢驗(yàn)證書(shū) 泵適合在海上環(huán)境中運(yùn)行，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)承諾自費(fèi)對(duì)所提供的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)并取得國(guó)家應(yīng)急管理部認(rèn)可的其中一家第三方認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)（ABS/DNV/BV/CCS）的檢驗(yàn)證書(shū)。The pumps can run in the offshore environment, and VENDOR shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain final certificate of the package from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, DNV, BV and CCS.投標(biāo)人提供的泵必須是制造商的成熟產(chǎn)品，買(mǎi)方不接受未經(jīng)使用的試制產(chǎn)品。The Pumps should be manufacturer proven products. Unused prototype equipment shall not be acceptable. 業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's reference: 2013年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少2個(gè)電動(dòng)液壓隔膜泵的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，且滿(mǎn)足介質(zhì)為凝析油，流量≥31m3/h，出口壓力≥7250kPaG的技術(shù)要求。Since Jan. 1st, 2013 to the deadline of bids submission stipulated(The date of signing the contract shall prevail),The manufacturer of the products invested by the bidder shall have at least two sets the electrical hydraulic diaphragm pumps supply performance, and meet the technical requirements of the Condensate as medium，capacity ≥31m3/h,discharge pressure ≥7250kPaG.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷(xiāo)售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）和2）到貨驗(yàn)收證明材料。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、制造商名稱(chēng)、貨物名稱(chēng)、項(xiàng)目名稱(chēng)、介質(zhì)、流量和出口壓力的技術(shù)要求及到貨驗(yàn)收材料。The bidder shall furnish reference List in given form？for the above-mentioned Requirement for BIDDER's reference, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) and 2) Receiving certificate of arrival of goods. The reference evidence certification furnished by VENDOR shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: contract signing time, name of Manufacturer,name of goods, name of Project ,technical requirements of medium,capacity and discharge pressure, receiving certificate of arrival of goods. 未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無(wú)法體現(xiàn)合同簽署時(shí)間、制造商名稱(chēng)、貨物名稱(chēng)、項(xiàng)目名稱(chēng)、介質(zhì)、流量和出口壓力的技術(shù)要求及到貨驗(yàn)收證明材料的，均視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate contract signing time, name of Manufacturer,name of goods, name of Project ,technical requirements of medium,capacity and discharge pressure, receiving certificate of arrival of goods will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo):不接受未領(lǐng)購(gòu)招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以4、
