中化建國際 受招標(biāo)人委托對下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進(jìn)行國際公開競爭性招標(biāo)，于2024-05-28在公告。
本次招標(biāo)采用傳統(tǒng)招標(biāo)方式，現(xiàn)邀請合格投標(biāo)人參加投標(biāo)。

3、投標(biāo)人資格要求
投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:(1)自2014年1月1日起至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具有至少2個(gè)直燃式熱介質(zhì)鍋爐合同（功率≥5000kW，臥式安裝）的供貨業(yè)績，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。
(2)投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。
業(yè)績證明文件至少包括：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件（內(nèi)容至少包括：合同首頁、簽字蓋章頁、合同簽署時(shí)間、貨物名稱、功率、臥式安裝、供貨數(shù)量）；2）雙方簽字或蓋章的到貨驗(yàn)收材料（交貨驗(yàn)收單或調(diào)試驗(yàn)收報(bào)告或相應(yīng)使用方出具的有效證明文件）。
(3)未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法滿足上述要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。
Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:(1)From January 1, 2014 to the day for bid submission (subject to the signing date of the contract), the bidder shall have at least 2 supply performance of direct-fired heat medium boiler contracts (output power≥5000KW.horizontal installed), and relevant performance certificates shall be submitted.(2)The bidder shall submit the performance statement in the performance certification documents.Performance certification documents shall at least include:1) Copy of sales contract(the contents at least include:the first page of the contract,the signature and seal page,the signing time of the contract,the name of the goods,the power,the horizontal installation and the supply quantity); 2) Arrival acceptance materials signed or sealed by both parties(delivery acceptance sheet or commissioning acceptance report or valid certification documents issued by the user).(3)Failure to provide the above documents or failing to meet the above requirements shall be deemed as invalid performance.資格要求A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；窗體頂端窗體底端A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B.制造商應(yīng)通過ISO9001（或GB/T19001）質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證。
投標(biāo)人須提供制造商有效的質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證證書；B. The manufacturer of the Bid Goods shall pass Quality Management System Certification ISO9001（or GB/T19001）Certification. Bidder shall provide valid Certificate of Quality Management System Certification of manufacturer.C．（不接受代理）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為所投貨物的制造商。
本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。
C. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods. Bid by Agent is not accepted.D. 是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)：否Joint Venture: Not AcceptedE.未領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT AvailableF.其它others: 資質(zhì)要求及證明文件(1) 廠家需在投標(biāo)文件中提供有效期內(nèi)的中華人民共和國特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證。
許可范圍（許可項(xiàng)目）：鍋爐，許可級別：鍋爐不低于B級。
投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供證書原件掃描件（原件備查）并可在全國特種設(shè)備公示信息查詢平臺（ info-pub/pub）核實(shí)。
(2)廠家承諾取得鍋爐制造監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)許可證，交付時(shí)提供檢驗(yàn)證書。
Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate(1)The manufacturer shall provide the People’s Republic of China(PRC) special equipment production license within the validity period in the bidding documents.Scope of license (licensed items):boiler;Permission level:not less than level B. When bidding,a scanned copy of the original certificate( for future reference) shall be provided,which can be verified on the   info-pub/pub.(2)The manufacturer promises to obtain the boiler manufacturing supervision and inspection license,and provide the inspection certificate upon delivery.
