3、投標人資格要求投標人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:對投標人的資格和業(yè)績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:？（1）資格要求？Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined？certificate and business license.？The？scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for？reference)； The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B.？投標人應(yīng)為所投貨物的制造商或是與制造商同一集團內(nèi)負責銷售的公司。本次招標不接受代理商投標。如果投標人是與制造商同一集團內(nèi)負責銷售的公司，投標人應(yīng)提供制造商或集團總部出具的證明，證明投標人與制造商以及集團總部之間的關(guān)系。The bidder shall be the manufacturer of bid goods？or the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer of bid？goods. Bid by Agent is not accepted.If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents issued by Manufacturer or group head company to prove its relationship with the Manufacturer and their position within the group.？C. 是否接受聯(lián)合體投標：否C.Joint Venture: Not Accepted？D.未領(lǐng)購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以D.Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Allowed（2）業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:自2014年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人所投產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)具有至少1套水平剖分雙支撐離心壓縮機的供貨業(yè)績，且同時滿足工藝介質(zhì)(C4)烯烴（丁二烯、異丁烯、或丁烯其中的一種介質(zhì)）、流量大于或等于100,000kg/h、出口壓力不低于550KPaA的技術(shù)要求。From January 1, 2014？to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the products supplied？by the bidder shall have？at least a supply performance of at least one set of horizontal split double support centrifugal compressors, and at the same time meet the technical requirements that？1) process medium is C4 olefin (butadiene, isobutylene or a medium of butadiene),？2)？flow rate is greater than or equal to 100000kg/h, and 3) outlet pressure is not less than 550KPaA.投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件和2）到貨驗收材料。投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、壓縮機型式（水平刨分雙支撐離心式）、工藝介質(zhì)、流量、出口壓力及到貨驗收材料。The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: 1) copies of sales contract？and 2) acceptance evidence of goods delivery. The？reference evidence documents furnished by？Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of goods, compressor type？(horizontal split double support centrifugal compressor),？process medium, flow rate as well as outlet pressure？and？acceptance evidence of goods delivery.未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法體現(xiàn)合同簽署時間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、壓縮機型式（水平刨分雙支撐離心式）、工藝介質(zhì)、流量、出口壓力，均視為無效業(yè)績。？If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate Date of signing contract, name of manufacturer, name of goods, compressor type？(horizontal split double support centrifugal compressor), process medium, flow rate as well as outlet pressure？the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯(lián)合體投標:不接受未領(lǐng)購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以4、
