中化建國際 受招標人委托對下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進行國際公開競爭性招標，于2025-01-27在公告。
本次招標采用傳統(tǒng)招標方式，現(xiàn)邀請合格投標人參加投標。

項目概況:樂東22-1氣田綜合調(diào)整工程項目通過樂東22-1CEP平臺老井降壓增產(chǎn)，依托樂東22-1CEP平臺，新建一個樂東22-1PRP平臺進行老區(qū)氣藏開發(fā)，新建一個樂東22-1WHPB井口平臺進行新發(fā)現(xiàn)南部氣藏進行開發(fā)。
本項目需要在新建的樂東22-1PRP平臺增加1套燃驅(qū)天然氣壓縮機。

投標人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:對投標人的資格和業(yè)績要求：★Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder:（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標人為境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid business registration certificate.B.1）投標人應(yīng)為燃氣輪機制造商或（針對本次項目）其唯一授權(quán)的燃驅(qū)天然氣壓縮機的制造商（成橇商）。
2）燃氣輪機制造商和（針對本次項目）其唯一授權(quán)的燃驅(qū)天然氣壓縮機的制造商（成橇商）不得同時單獨投標。
本次招標不接受代理商投標。

2014年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人本次投標所使用的壓縮機的制造商應(yīng)有至少1個合同的壓縮機供貨業(yè)績，處理介質(zhì)為天然氣，且滿足壓縮機處理量應(yīng)不低于172x104Sm3/d的技術(shù)要求。
投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交燃氣輪機業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。
業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件和2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料（到貨驗收單或調(diào)試驗收報告或其他可以證明合同項下貨物已經(jīng)到貨驗收的有效證明材料）。
投標人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、燃氣輪機型號及用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。
未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法體現(xiàn)滿足上述業(yè)績要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。
From January 1, 2014 to the deadline for bidding (based on the time of contract signing), bidders should have at least one supply performance of the same model of gas turbine used in the bidding (the manufacturer of the supply performance must be the bidder). From January 1, 2014 to the bidding deadline (based on the contract signing time), the manufacturer of the compressor used by the bidder in this bid should have at least one contract of compressor supply performance, with a processing medium of natural gas, and meet the technical requirements that the compressor processing capacity should not be less than 172x104Sm3/d.Bidders must submit a gas turbine performance table in the prescribed format and provide relevant performance certification documents. The performance certification documents include but are not limited to: 1) a copy of the sales contract and 2) arrival acceptance materials signed or stamped by the user (arrival acceptance form or commissioning acceptance report or other valid proof materials that can prove that the goods under the contract have been received and accepted). The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), manufacturer name, goods name, gas turbine model, and arrival acceptance materials signed or sealed by the user. Failure to submit performance certification documents, or if the provided performance certification documents cannot reflect meeting the above performance requirements, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
