normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>項目規(guī)模：陽曲縣教育園區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施連接道路改造工程（黃泥旅游公路支線）為城市主干路，位于規(guī)劃擬建職教園區(qū)，起點接黃東線和站前路交叉口，樁號為K0+000，沿站前路向北側(cè)平行于大西高鐵延伸，實施范圍截止沖溝前，終點樁號為K1+900，道路全長1900m，屬新建工程。規(guī)劃路寬為40m，工程內(nèi)容包括：道路工程、排水工程、給水工程、照明工程、交通工程、熱力工程、電力電信工程和綠化工程等，不含燃氣工程。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.1本次招標要求投標人須同時具備工程勘察（巖土工程（勘察））專業(yè)甲級資質(zhì)和工程設(shè)計市政行業(yè)專業(yè)甲級資質(zhì)，具有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，并在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具有相應(yīng)的勘察設(shè)計能力，其中投標人擬派項目總負責人須具有注冊土木工程師（巖土）和市政工程相關(guān)專業(yè)高級工程師資格；
