normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:26.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>5.項(xiàng)目需求：鹽城市中小學(xué)課桌椅采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目，詳見(jiàn)招標(biāo)文件第四章項(xiàng)目需求。供貨時(shí)須提供所供課桌椅的鋼材和面板進(jìn)貨原材料合格證明，否則將會(huì)被拒收；到貨后的7日內(nèi)各地開(kāi)始組織對(duì)貨物進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，每批次隨機(jī)抽取兩套 檢驗(yàn)、檢測(cè)的各種參數(shù)和指標(biāo)都要符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和采購(gòu)文件要求。若第三方檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)的檢驗(yàn)、檢測(cè)為不合格，必須無(wú)條件整改，并將有關(guān)結(jié)果報(bào)相關(guān)職能部門對(duì)所涉企業(yè)進(jìn)行相關(guān)行政和刑事處罰，中標(biāo)人并承擔(dān)所有法律責(zé)任。
