normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>1.在中華人民共和國境內注冊的具有獨立的法人資格，具有本次采購供貨能力的制造商，具有合法有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，且沒有處于被責令停業(yè)、財產被接管、凍結、破產情況；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>2.法定代表人或單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關系的不同單位，不得同時參加同一標段或未劃分標段的同一項目的競爭；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.投標人近三年（投標截止之日算起）應有至少完成過3項招標同類設備供貨且運行成功的業(yè)績，其中，用于生物降解材料改性或生物降解塑料制品生產的設備供貨業(yè)績不少于2項；
