normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>2.1項目規(guī)模：項目全長14068.213m，項目分為陽曲改造段和黃泥改造段。其中陽曲改造段項目起點(diǎn)接108國道，起點(diǎn)樁號KO+000，沿現(xiàn)有線位北側(cè)加寬，過龍王溝水庫后起坡，跨越現(xiàn)狀楊興河橋、迎春水庫后進(jìn)入現(xiàn)狀土塬臺地，向西跨大運(yùn)高速后在下安村和宋莊村之間接入，終點(diǎn)在大西客專橋下，終點(diǎn)樁號為K3+600，道路全長 3600m，道路寬度 40m;黃泥改造段起點(diǎn)接陽曲改造段，樁號為k3+600，過大西客專后在南北郁利村之間向西翻越山嶺，沿土橋溝北側(cè)爬坡翻越山嶺，在泥屯山北側(cè)向西延伸，設(shè)計終點(diǎn)為泥向線，終點(diǎn)樁號K14+068.213，其中K3+600～K12+000 段道路寬度 27m，K12+000～K14+068.213段道路寬度30m，不同寬度道路銜接處設(shè)置50m過渡段。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.1本次招標(biāo)要求投標(biāo)人須同時具備 工程監(jiān)理綜合資質(zhì)或具備市政公用工程監(jiān)理甲級 資質(zhì)，有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，并在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具有相應(yīng)的監(jiān)理能力，其中，投標(biāo)人擬派項目總監(jiān)須具備 市政公用工程 專業(yè)國家注冊監(jiān)理工程師執(zhí)業(yè)資格和中級工程師及以上職稱，且未同時擔(dān)任3項及以上在建工程項目的總監(jiān)理工程師（不包括本招標(biāo)項目）；
