normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:22.0pt">3.3擬任項目經(jīng)理須具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及以上建造師注冊證書，且具有建設(shè)行政主管部門核發(fā)的有效安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證，擬任項目經(jīng)理不得有在建工程、未發(fā)生過重大安全生產(chǎn)事故（提供無在建、無重大安全生產(chǎn)事故承諾書）。

normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:22.0pt">3.6具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務(wù)會計制度，未處于財產(chǎn)被接管、凍結(jié)、破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)，提供企業(yè)經(jīng)審計的2020年度財務(wù)審計報告，且財務(wù)狀況良好；如為新成立企業(yè)，提供自注冊年度后經(jīng)審計的財務(wù)審計報告或報表。
